Our service fee details are as follows:

　　30% of annual total income

Notes:
◆ Total annual income is the total amount before tax;
◆ Total annual income = basic annual salary + meal allowance
　+ traffic + allowance + price allowance + other allowance
　+annual guaranteed + bonus + other bonus
◆ The classification is not simply subject to the title but
　the actual duties and authorities.
◆ The 20% of total service fee will be in charged as retainer
　fee in advance.
◆ The minimum charge for each position will be 50,000RMB.

Payment:
The retainer fee in advance is due on five working days after sign the contract.
(This payment will be regarded as part of the total service fee)

After each candidate on board, client should pay the balance of the total fee within five days. The service fee could be paid by cash, check or direct deposit.
