Responsible for performing the normal business operations, build up support team, improve team morale, analyze the business status and take actions to meet business goals and satisfy clients. Team manager is also accountable to demonstrate company value and take the responsibility for team overall performance.
1.Bachelor degree or above, 1+ years experience of support product service as
   Support Engineer.
2. At least 2 years Call center management experience and master the business model,
   familiar with its operations.

3. Ability on business planning, implementation, assessment, control and good business
    agility.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and good at coaching, supporting
    and directing.

5. Demonstrated excellent customer service sense.

6. Excellent coordinating capability among support team

Sales Specialist/Sales Supervisor
Job Description:
1.Responsible for Retail Sales and Projects Sales in regional area
2.Responsible for the establishment, Management, improvement of distribution network in
   above area.
3.Responsible for the promotion of brand and the development of awareness in above
   area.
Requirements:

1.College Degree or above.

2.Good sense of teamwork, Self-motivation, Outgoing and Safety.

3.Excellent communication skills.

4.Below 28 years old.

5.1~3years sales experience in related areas, preferred those in the industry of building
   materials.

6.Basic knowledge of computer skills & English preferred
